Please join us in welcoming Nancy Farrall to the Hemisphere Freight Services team. Nancy will be working within our Inside Sales (Commercial) division, assisting clients on a day-to-day basis with export logistics solutions, while expanding our commercial offering.
For the past 5 years, Nancy has worked for Aspall Cyder, progressing to become the Export Development Manager, which has given her an excellent understanding of client needs. She was also instrumental in maintaining and improving sales growth, while finding efficiencies across the supply chain, which helped to streamline client costs.
A particular highlight was managing Aspall through the recent Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme, which was successfully completed in August 2016 and involved managing 5 different departments within the company to ensure compliance with the regulation.
Prior to this, Nancy began her career in freight forwarding at Sewing Landguard International, handling both import and export shipments around the world, including customs clearance responsibilities.
We feel Nancy’s background, personality and professionalism will make her a great fit with the wider team and we’re sure she’ll be made to feel very welcome. Nancy is already booked in for a tour and introduction to our Ipswich, London Heathrow and Skelmersdale operations, so her first month is looking like a busy one!
