Compass
Compass is an online portal that gives clients full visibility of their shipments with live updates from their desktop, phones or tablet, anywhere in the world. Offering real-time vessel and flight tracking, as well as carrier and port data integration, Compass can also be used for KPI monitoring and data analysis for supply chain streamlining and forecasting.
Our warehouse Track & Trace system allows clients to view their current inventory levels in our warehouses, monitor inbound product and track outgoing orders. Each client has their own login and can provide their colleagues with access for convenient stock visibility.
The system can also alert clients when stock levels diminish to a particular number, so that they can reorder product if required. All data is available to download as an Excel spreadsheet or EDI links for the seamless transfer of data. Processes such as warehouse order picking can be automated and tailored to a client’s requirements.

Our container devan schedule is a public view of the containers we have booked to be unloaded at our warehousing facilities within the current seven-day period. This schedule helps our NVOCC clients and their customers stay up to date on the status of their groupage containers and know when their products are ready to collect or be delivered.
