Hemisphere Freight Merges With Hawk Express

We are pleased to announce that, after 15 years of operating under Perrin Group Holdings, Hawk Express Limited has now officially and fully merged with Hemisphere Freight Services Limited.
Since 2005, Hawk has operated alongside Hemisphere both operationally and administratively. This merger will help the combined company gain greater efficiency, drive profitability and be even more competitive both locally and internationally.
While the merger means that the Perrin Group will focus all logistics activity under the Hemisphere brand, nothing will fundamentally change for all of Hawk’s clients and suppliers, many of whom also have accounts with Hemisphere.
For those companies who don’t have accounts with Hemisphere, new ones will be established against the same terms. While Hawk will become dormant, all of its assets and liabilities will be transferred to Hemisphere and you may therefore rest assured that all of its commitments will be met in full by Hemisphere.
Hemisphere’s transport division, in conjunction with our warehousing operations, will continue to enjoy the full support of the Perrin Group, and with a clear future focus, we will strive to continue to develop our services and systems to ensure the best possible client and supplier experience.
While email addresses have now changed, our system will continue to capture and automatically transfer emails addressed to the Hawk domain. However, for your reference, our transport team’s group email for bookings is traffic@hemisphere-freight.com. Our team’s individual e-mail addresses will be advised directly in due course. Contact telephone numbers remain unchanged.
