Every team member at Hemisphere is vital. Everyone has the ability to play a part in our success and to help continuously drive the company forwards. Encouraging personal progress

With employee training, we’re not only thinking about external courses, but also creating opportunities for development in-house. In 2021 alone, a total of 30 people were either promoted or moved across into a different department to further their skills, knowledge and experience.

We have a policy of promoting internally whenever possible and ensuring we have the right people in the right seats. Again, it’s all about listening to individual aims and needs, and playing to their strengths and goals.

Providing first class working environments

When people feel comfortable, safe and with everything they need to hand, they are able to perform at their best. Every space we use goes beyond being fit for purpose to provide a superior environment for employees to work in. 

From warehouses to offices, depots and the vehicles themselves, we ensure the workplace is clean, modern, well-designed and in good working order. Everything is checked regularly, and we take workplace health and safety very seriously.
