It gives us great pleasure to announce that Hemisphere Freight Services (HFS) has been named Best European Project Partner for the second year running at the WCA Projects Annual Conference.

Held at the Hilton Amsterdam from 24-26 May, the 13th WCA Projects Annual Conference gathered logistics and freight forwarding firms from around the world to network, socialise and share the latest updates and pressing issues affecting the industry. There were also opportunities for one-on-one meetings between WCA members throughout the weekend.

This year’s conference kicked off with a ‘team building’ tour of Amsterdam, with the awards ceremony taking place on the Saturday night. Having won the European Project Partner award last year, our projects team were delighted to reclaim the title this year, especially as it was voted for by our fellow WCA partners.

“I’d like to personally congratulate Dan Leach, Daniel Morgan, Ian Stewart and Harry Croome for another fantastic year driving our project logistics service forward,” said Louis Perrin, director at HFS. “This award is a testament to their hard work and successful delivery for clients over the past year, which has seen them involved a number of challenging yet rewarding projects.”

Dan Leach, project team manager, added: “To win this award twice is very humbling, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my fellow project logistics team members – not to mention the votes of other WCA members, to whom we are very grateful. Here’s to making it three in a row next year!”
