Hemisphere Freight Services would not be successful without our exceptional and dedicated team who make everything we do possible. We recognise the importance of rewarding driven and motivated staff and highlighting the effect they have on the company as a whole.
As such, we are thrilled to announce the promotion of Dan Leach to Projects Team Manager. Dan’s hard work and dedication to Hemisphere has helped drive the business forward, and he has done a fantastic job handling project and automotive shipments, in which he delivered successfully on behalf of our clients. Dan’s eagerness to learn new skills, produce results and be involved in representing Hemisphere at some great conferences has been extremely beneficial to our organisation.
In his new role, Dan will be managing our projects team (four people including himself), providing direction and continuing to proactively grow our projects and automotive business through existing and new commercial clients and overseas agents in line with Hemisphere’s values and ambitions.
Commenting on his promotion, Dan said: “I’m very proud to be part of the HFS team and of what the company has achieved even in my time here, not to mention what we can do in the future. I take great pride in being given the opportunity to manage our projects team and plan to make the most of it. Personally it’s a great milestone in my career and my ongoing development, and I’m looking forward to the next chapter.”
Louis Perrin, director of Hemisphere Freight Services, added: “We have numerous projects in the pipeline at the moment and are enjoying a strong period of excellent enquiries and opportunities. Dan has told us he is very much looking forward to working with our customers and clients to deliver on as many of these as possible, and I’m confident in his and the team’s ability to do so.”
At Hemisphere, our employees are our most valuable asset, and we are always looking to improve our team and help them fulfil their career aspirations.
